In the interest of our customers, Pilot Athletic is happy to exchange or refund all orders within 14 days of original dispatch. This is provided that the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn and original condition.

– details of whether you require an exchange or refund.
If you would like to exchange the item/s, please state the preferred replacement choice (item name, colour & size). This will ensure your replacement item/s are kept aside whilst we await your return. If the item/s you require are out of stock you will be notified immediately and offered a refund instead.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. We recommend that you send all returns via Registered Post, as in the event that your product is lost in transit, Pilot Athletic will not be held liable.
However, in the situation where the garment/s are being returned as a faulty item, please enclose a copy of your postage receipt and we will credit you for this amount if it is deemed so. Pilot Athletic reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty based on a production and quality check.

Please wrap the package securely and don’t forget to enclose your original receipt. Please allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited or new item/s despatched.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Pilot Athletic via email firstname.lastname@example.org. If an order has already been despatched, then postage costs will apply. Orders may be cancelled in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage. Please notify us immediately by email (as above) or call 0408 665 995.
