In the interest of our customers, Pilot Athletic is happy to exchange or refund all orders within 30 days of original despatch. This is provided that the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in an unworn and original condition.
To lodge a return, click on our Easy Returns Portal in the footer of the homepage and follow the prompts. It's super easy!
How do I manage an exchange?
If you would like to exchange for a different size - we can do that through the portal however if you would prefer to swap the item/s for a different style, please select store credit and then you are welcome to re-purchase as you please. Your credit will be emailed to you as a code once your return item is received. This can be applied to checkout for easy future purchase. If you want to enquire about stock or have us set something aside for you, please just email us on email@example.com and we are more than happy to assist you.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non-refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Pilot Athletic will not be liable for returns lost in transit. Of course, if you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.
How long will this take?
We will work as fast as the Concorde for you, but please allow 1-3 business days from the day we receive your package for your account to be credited or new item/s despatched.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Pilot Athletic via email firstname.lastname@example.org. If an order has already been despatched, then postage costs will apply. Orders may be cancelled in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing/postal stage. Please notify us immediately by email (as above) or call 0408 665 995.
